Ensimm\u00e4inen harjoitustapahtuma on 31.3. ja viimeinen 9.6,<br \/>\np\u00e4\u00e4si\u00e4ismaanantaina 21.4.2014 ei j\u00e4rjestet\u00e4 harjoituksia. Tarjolla on<br \/>\nmaanantaisin kaksi ryhm\u00e4\u00e4n (18.00\u201319.15 &amp; 19.15-20.30), jotka jaetaan<br \/>\ntarpeen mukaan tasoryhmiin. &nbsp;<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nEnsimm\u00e4isell\u00e4 kerralla j\u00e4rjestet\u00e4\u00e4n aloitusluento sek\u00e4 tehd\u00e4\u00e4n kevyt<br \/>\nkuntokartoitus. Viikoittainen harjoitussis\u00e4lt\u00f6 koostuu muun muassa<br \/>\n&nbsp;monipuolisista juoksuharjoitteista ja kevyest\u00e4 juoksutekniikan<br \/>\nhiomisesta, l\u00e4mmittelyt sek\u00e4 loppuvenyttelyt huomioiden. Viimeisen kerran<br \/>\nyhteydess\u00e4 tehd\u00e4\u00e4n uudelleen kuntokartoitus sek\u00e4 ohjeistetaan omatoimiseen<br \/>\nliikuntaan. <br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nKurssin vet\u00e4jin\u00e4 toimii ammattivalmentajat Sebastian Kl\u00e4rich sek\u00e4 Antti Lepola<br \/>\nja avustava juoksuasiantuntija Elina Harju.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nHinta koko kurssista on vain 100 euroa!
